You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, received the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email to, by phone 948 29 09 04, or through the WhatsApp chat available on the website of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You can use the model withdrawal form that appears in the contact form. To meet the withdrawal period, it is enough that the communication regarding the exercise of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs to the initial shipping address, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction

Returns of defective products

If you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the contract, you should contact us immediately through our contact channels providing the product data as well as the damage it suffers.

You can return the product by handing it over to a courier that we will send to your home address upon request for collection. We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable period of time if the refund or replacement of the product is appropriate (if applicable). The refund or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate.
